I know many users have several problems that go unanswered because they do not know who to ask. Also, it has come to my attention that the heralds for yugioh (ggshall and nchantddragon) have gone inactive for quite sometime, which has become their typcial habit. I am not suggesting you remove their position, but perhaps you should appoint another forum moderator who is on frequently and who can control the forum content as well as answer any questions.
